OFF//SCRIPT — Day Two

From:

October 14–15, 2026 · From 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM · Commentary by [DEV]

1 · RJ fixes the coffee machine

RJ repairs the kitchen coffee machine with a butter knife and a quarter nearby.

[DEV] OFF//SCRIPT, Day 2. A butter knife, a quarter, and four minutes. Apparently that’s all RJ needed to make the coffee machine behave. “I didn’t touch anything I couldn’t put back” is now part of the house vocabulary. 😂

2 · Julian, Eva, and a very relaxed Finn

Julian and Eva debate contact sheets at the dining table while Finn rests nearby.

[DEV] Julian and Eva spent twenty minutes debating a photo neither of them took. Finn supervised from the floor, somewhere between stretching and a nap. I respect his level of involvement.

3 · Randi returns from her walk

Randi reviews her camera after returning from an autumn walk with muddy boots.

[DEV] Randi came back with muddy boots and photos she’s refusing to show anyone yet. Two hours wandering the property, and apparently we don’t get so much as a preview. Fine. Be mysterious. 😂

4 · N30N and Carlos cook dinner

N30N stirs pasta as Carlos grates cheese beside him in the kitchen.

[DEV] Dustin bought an unreasonable amount of pasta, so N30N and Carlos ended up on dinner duty. Music on, cheese everywhere, and Carlos correcting the seasoning without being asked. They seem to be getting along just fine.

5 · Eva’s tea jar

Eva leaves a tea jar by the kettle while Ash photographs it.

[DEV] Eva left a homemade tea blend by the kettle with a note that said “for whoever’s tired.” Ash took a picture of it. Honestly, this little moment deserved one.

6 · N30N works while Ash sleeps

N30N works on his laptop with headphones while Ash sleeps beside him.

[DEV] Ash fell asleep first. N30N kept working on a track beside her, headphones on. Day two ended pretty quietly, even if his brain wasn’t quite ready to call it a night.
